The hallucinogenic drug ayahuasca made Will Smith see his career and money fly away. After that he slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars in 2022. The actor claimed that he had the delusional belief that his entire life was about to end.
Will Smith said about hallucinogenic drug, “Once you take it, you’re going to see yourself in a manner you’ve never seen yourself”. He appeared in an interview for his Netflix series My Next Guest Needs No Introduction,
According to him, “It was the worst psychological event of my life. Usually it takes approximately 45 minutes for the effects to begin to take effect after I drank it. My whole life is getting ruined as a result of his actions at the time.”
Furthermore, he said, “This is what I’m afraid of in real life. And I’m in there and I’m wanting to vomit and all of that. Whereas, I hear a voice saying that this is what the (expletive) it is. When it comes down to it, this is what life is all about.”
Afterwards, he learned that “whatever occurs in my life, I can deal with it. No matter who I lose or what happens in my life, I know I can deal with it. I know I can deal with my marriage, too. Anything that life throws at me, I can manage.”
