When IPL is ready, Cricket Boards should not hold international matches: Kevin Pietersen

Former England midfielder Kevin Pietersen believes that no international matches should be played during the Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

According to Kevin Pietersen, the cricket board needs to realize that the IPL is the largest annual tournament in the world and players prefer to participate rather than play international cricket.

Kevin Pietersen wrote on Twitter: “The cricket board needs to realize that the IPL is the biggest show in town. DO NOT schedule international matches while they are in progress. V v v (many, many, many) easy!

Recently, legendary South African fast bowler Dale Stein said the IPL is more focused on money than on cricket activity. Steyn later apologized for hurting his feelings.
