WhatsApp will soon Launch Feature of Converting Images into Stickers

According to reports, WhatsApp is developing a new feature that will allow users to transform their pictures into stickers on the desktop version. According to WABetaInfo, the Facebook-owned instant messaging network is currently working on the functionality, which is not yet accessible for beta testers.

WhatsApp has not made an official announcement on when it plans to make the new feature available to all desktop users. According to recent reports, the app is now testing time limit settings for Android users when in Disappearing Mode.

When this functionality becomes accessible, a new sticker symbol will appear next to the caption bar. When you choose it, the image will be transmitted as a sticker,” according to a report from the WhatsApp features tracker.

A new sticker symbol will appear in the caption bar to the right of the View Once option, according to the blog site, once WhatsApp makes this functionality available in its Android and iOS-based apps. When WhatsApp users click on the Caption button, the submitted image will be shared as a sticker with their friends on the app. This sticker is presented in a square box-like style, similar to that of many third-party sticker packs.

As of right present, there is no way to change the sticker before it is shared. Individual elements of a picture that has been uploaded cannot be removed by the user. They also are unable to turn it into an animated sticker by adding some type of movement to it. At least for the time being. It is feasible that WhatsApp will add this functionality as it continues to enhance its current feature.

In terms of availability, this WhatsApp feature is still in the early stages of development, which means that the messaging app is trying to make sure it runs well before making it publicly available. It is being developed for WhatsApp’s Android and iOS mobile applications, among other platforms.

As a result, beta users will have to wait until the end of the month to get this functionality. It’s conceivable that WhatsApp may include the ability to turn pictures into stickers to its WhatsApp beta for iOS and WhatsApp beta for Android applications in a future update to their respective beta versions.
