Tim Hortons, the Canadian iconic coffee and baked goods chain, has opened its first and flagship outlet in Lahore, Pakistan. The flagship store is a custom-built structure with warm interiors and a drive-thru coffee shop with 150 seating capacity.
The grand launch event was attended by industry veterans, dignitaries, and senior executives from Restaurant Brands International, the parent company of Tim Hortons.
During the launch week, over 200 raffle draws will be held for customers to win a year of free coffee. Blue Foods, Tim Hortons’ master licensee in Pakistan, aims to contribute to Pakistan’s economy by creating hundreds of new jobs and accelerating market innovation.
In addition to its coffee and baked goods, Tim Hortons will offer a variety of food items including breakfast sandwiches, soup, and baked goods made fresh daily. The Lahore outlets will also feature a special menu customized for the Pakistani market, including tea, and other popular beverages, as well as local snacks.
The company plans to expand further in Pakistan in the coming months and years, with the goal of opening hundreds of locations in the country. This move is part of Tim Hortons’ strategy to expand its brand globally, as it seeks to reach new customers and strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading coffee and food chains.
