TikToker Ayesha Akram seeks police protection

As the Minar-e-Pakistan harassment case continues to unfold, the victim, Ayesha Akram, has now demanded that officials provide her with security, claiming that she is receiving death threats from ‘blackmailers’ on the premises of the monument.

Ayesha recently made news when she claimed that her immoral recordings had been uploaded and that she had been a victim of blackmail, and she demanded that officials apprehend those responsible for the extortion.

She further accused her associate Amir Sohail alias Rambo of fabricating the entire harassing episode on Independence Day, which was observed as National Human Rights Day this year.

She has now requested that officials take notice and provide security for her and her family, claiming that she and her family have received threats after she identified individuals who are allegedly involved in blackmailing her and putting her films on the internet.

“I would want to urge to Prime Minister Imran Khan and Punjab Chief Minister Buzdar to provide security to me and my family,” she stated, while also calling for “severe punishment” against the extortioners.

Rambo, on the other hand, who was hailed as a savior by the victim shortly after the incident, has revealed the suspected extortion schemes of the famous TikToker, who has become a target of the investigation.

During a press conference following his court appearance, ‘Rambo’ alleged that Ayesha was attempting to extort money from the defendants mentioned in the investigation. Rambo retaliated against Ayesha by claiming that he had attempted to save her life. “This is her way of saying thank you for all of my efforts.”

He went on to state that Ayesha was attempting to extort Rs500,000 from all of the individuals included in the complaint, and that she had threatened him with sending him to jail if he attempted to prevent her from accomplishing her goal.

In a separate incident, police captured eight additional defendants after the victim made a new written statement to the DIG (Investigation) requesting that action be taken against Rambo.

Rambo has also been accused of blackmailing Ayesha Akram and stealing Rs1 million from her, according to Ayesha. Moreover, Rambo, who is the leader of a TikTok gang, was given half of her income, according to her.

She had previously stated that Rambo came from a poor family and that she supported him financially and treated him as if he were a younger brother of her own.
