The Supreme Court has rejected the PTI candidate’s appeal against re-election in NA 75 Daska

The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the PTI candidate’s appeal against re-election in NA 75 Daska and ordered re-election in the constituency on April 10.

The three-judge panel of the High Court, led by Judge Umer Ata Bandial, listens to the petition of PTI candidate Ali Asjad Malhi against ETUC’s order on February 25, 2021, the election of the NA 75 board canceled and re-election.

After the argument was closed by all parties, Judge Umar Ata issued a brief order.

During his trial, Judge Bandial of the General Election Commission of Pakistan (ETUC) agreed that the law and order situation in the constituency was bad.
