LAHORE: Sales of commercial space in LDA City, Lahore’s largest residential project, are about to commence. In accordance with the decision of the LDA regulatory agency, the Jinnah Phase-1 commercial property will be sold by LDA City by voting on the model used by DHA.
Applications for this purpose will be invited immediately. The application form is available on the LDA website http://www.lda.gop.pk, while the processing fee can be deposited with the specified bank.

The computer vote was conducted in the presence of relevant stakeholders, including potential buyers of commercial space, media representatives, and NAB employees.
Residential lots have been distributed to more than 10,000 record owners in Jinnah City’s LDA sector, and construction is currently in full swing and costing billions of rupees.
Plot numbers were distributed across all Jinnah City LDA sector phase I files after two computer-assisted votes. For owners who can collect these documents from the LDA Kota office, Johar, the letters are made by assigning a lot number after payment of development costs for their lot has been paid.
The fee for the development of the land granted is paid by the LDA in quarterly installments. The deadline for submitting the first two installments has ended in December 2020. The last payment date for the third installment is March 30, 2021.
