PIA disputed news claims that it is no longer supplying customers with mineral water bottles on domestic flights.
The national flag airline said in its statement on Friday: “PIA Terms announce that it will not provide reckless and unprofessional mineral water on domestic flights.”
The flag carrier stated that such stories were designed simply to deceive passengers.
A day earlier, news sources said that passengers are not supplied with half a litre of mineral water on flag-bearer domestic flights.
Correction: An earlier version of this story had said that PIA will no longer give mineral water bottles on domestic flights. The report was modified once the PIA had made its explanation.
