The Supreme Court has ruled that rapists cannot be given a presidential decree, private television broadcaster reports.
NA On Thursday, when the court saw the complaint made by rape convict Habib Ullah for pardon in prison, he rejected his request and ruled that no pardon should be given to convicted rape of women and children.
According to the decision of the National Assembly, convicts are not entitled to any remedies or equipment that the prison authorities provide ordinary prisoners during their conditions of detention.
The Supreme Court issued this order to prevent the rape of women and children.
