On the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, the Taliban government has announced a national public holiday throughout the country.
Notably, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)’s birth anniversary will be honoured with religious devotion and respect on Tuesday, the 12th day of the Islamic month of Rabi’ul Awal.
This should be remembered. The biography of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as well as significant efforts for the advancement of Islam, will be the theme of the lecture.
A stunning light show, electric lamps, and green flags have been strung across the country to mark the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
Public and private buildings have also been illuminated in preparation for the commemoration of the Prophet(PBUH)’s birthday. At several locations across the country, including Lahore, processions and demonstrations will be staged. Participants will march through the streets chanting Durood-e-Pak.
