Sindh LG Law: ANP Delegation will meet tomorrow with senior MQM-P officials

A delegation from the Awami National Party (ANP), led by Shahi Syed, will pay a visit to the headquarters of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) in Bahadurabad tomorrow and will discuss the Sindh LG Law.

The ANP delegation will meet with MQM-P convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and members of the Rabita Committee tomorrow at 4 p.m.

The meeting will cover a wide range of topics, including the recently passed Sindh Local Government Bill, police activity outside the CM’s residence, and other issues.

He will also express his condolences on the death of MQM-P local leader Aslam, whom the group will visit.

It is important to note that this will be the first visit by the ANP-P team to the MQM headquarters in several years and that the delegation will be joined by MQM officials.

It is important to note that various political parties in Sindh are protesting against a contentious local government bill at the moment, which should be mentioned.

Recently, the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) brought their 28-day sit-in in Karachi to a close following successful negotiations with the Sindh government over a contentious local government (LG) bill, according to reports.
