Shahnawaz Dhani is on a wave of hard-earned success after becoming the best bowler and best player in PSL in 2021. The fast bowler from Larkana dedicates great achievements to his parents.
“I want to dedicate my achievements to my mother, who always prayed for me, and my late father (if he was here he would be proud of me). Thank you and love to all my fans,” fast bowler Dhani tweeted. Multan Sultan Peshawar Zalmi’s comprehensive defeat in the final and was crowned the winner of PSL.
Shahnawaz Dhani has come a long way from playing barefoot with ribbons on uneven courts to winning in PSL. He has no facilities in his village, he doesn’t even have a proper connection to watch live cricket.
“I really like fast bowling and my village is famous for my fast bowling, so many people there call me 3G bowling – to combine speed with internet speed,” Dhani said at the time.
He also mentioned that he had to borrow shoes from a friend to take the U19 exam in his area.
