Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, former premier of Pakistan and Senior Vice-President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has stated that he sympathizes with Murad Saeed and not with Mohsin Baig. He went on to say that no one has the right to make derogatory statements about anyone else.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi remarked at a news briefing on Friday that the speaker should have brought up this subject in the parliament if he cared about the pride of parliamentarians. He went on to say that Mohsin Baig had broken the law and that he should be held accountable.
He went on to say that Prime Minister Imran Khan and his ministers frequently use similar language when speaking about members of the opposition parties and that they should be held to the same criteria and punished.
PML-N senior has requested the release of Mohsin Baig and the completion of the requisite legal proceedings against him.

Taking aim at the PTI government, he claimed that the government blames foreign prices for the rise in fuel costs, but that the rise in medical prices could also be a result of global pricing.
During the previous couple of months, electricity prices have also increased, and the prime minister has recognized that his ministers are “incompetent,” he continued.
He claimed that the PTI government talks about reducing corruption, but that their cabinet has some of the most corrupt individuals in Pakistan. Despite the fact that there were no big corruption scandals during the PML- N’s reign, Shehbaz Sharif was detained by the NAB for one and a half years.
Although the PTI administration has filed lawsuits against the PML- N’s senior leadership, he claims that there is not a scrap of proof to support these allegations.
