In the upcoming documentary titled ‘My Mind & Me’ Selena Gomez will provide an in-depth perspective on her personal experience about her struggles with bipolar diagnosis. The singer best known for her song ‘Calm Down’ just released a teaser for an upcoming documentary. It will detail Gomez’s struggle with mental health challenges over the course of the past six years.
The teaser has uploaded on TikTok and depicts the actress and singer Selena Gomez reliving the moment she had bipolar diagnosis. She said, “When I initially came out, I didn’t know how I live with my diagnosis. I didn’t know how I’d handle it. What if it were to happen once more? What if I wasn’t able to come back the following time around? I needed to keep educating myself on the topic. I needed to take things one step at a time.”
Furthermore, she stated, “Let me make a commitment. I am going to quit living like this. I’m thankful to be alive. How do I go back to the point where I can breathe my own breath?”
In 2015, Gomez was the first person to publicly discuss her bipolar illness. She ultimately withdrew from the public eye in order to concentrate on her wellbeing. On November 4, ‘My Mind & Me’, which stars Selena Gomez will make its debut on Apple TV+.
