In a shocking turn of events, the Pakistani entertainment industry was hit with the news of Saeeda Imtiaz’s alleged death.
However, it has now been confirmed that the news was indeed false. Imtiaz, who began her acting career with the Pakistani film, The Making of a Legend, is reportedly alive and well, according to industry insiders who spoke exclusively to Express Tribune.
The false news of Imtiaz’s death was initially confirmed by an announcement on her verified Instagram account, which has allegedly been hacked.
However, actor Saim Ali soon debunked the news by posting a picture with Imtiaz and stating that she is “perfectly fine”.
Born in the United Arab Emirates and raised in New York, Imtiaz made her mark in the Pakistani entertainment industry with her roles in several films, including the biopic on Imran Khan’s life, as well as Wajood, Thori Setting Thora Pyar, and Raasta.
