Due to the recent arrest in the case of creating pornographic content, Raj Kundra has been in the media for some weeks now.
Now one of the cases against the businessman and his promoted firm Satyug Gold was contested by actor Sachiin Joshi.
Sachiin had lodged a lawsuit against the firm and the court ordered that, as a cost to Joshi for legal procedures, Satyug Gold hands the holding of the gold as well as pay Joshi an amount of Rs. 3,00,000.
Sachiin spoke of his legal struggle against Raj Kundra and Satyug Gold, stating, “I was just representing numerous Satyug Gold investors who invested at a reduced cost in the gold system, only for not receiving gold.”
On 25 March 2014, the actors-contractor paid Rs 18,57,870, and was required to pay Satyug Gold a penalty of Rs. 25,50,000, which had previously been paid to Satyug Gold for the sum of Rs. 18,57,870 six years earlier.
