An award winning famous model Sabeeka Imam is latest to recieve death and rape threats by an Instagram user. She took to her social media accounts to reveal pictures of a message.
The model posted a screenshot of the threat on her Instagram page and said she had informed authorities. Sabeeka named the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Cybercrime and the British Council Pakistan when publishing the screenshot.
Sabeeka Imam is not the first well known person to deal with this type of acid and rape threats on internet. Whereas, commenter called her a slut, p*rnstar and compared her with late Qandeel Baloch. He also claimed that Sabeeka once went with actor Danish Taimoor in private room and may more.
Previously, a troll had sent a violent threat to actor Mashal Khan through the internet. She had reported the incident to the National Response Centre for Cyber Crime. The commenter threatened to collect users who will eager to assist in “throwing acid” at the actress.
Mashal said on Instagram stories, “this disgusts me to the core. People that hide behind screens and send nasty threats under my photos surely have miserable lives. However, Police and Cyber Crime has notified.”
