Terrorist activity poses a serious, if not great, threat to international peace and security.

After its military defeats in other countries, militants became an underground terror network. Their network branched off and relocated its operations to other areas.

These terrorist organizations have not given up on its plans to restore the caliphate and has tried to spread its influence in Central and South Asia. It will also strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific region and promote engagement with Islamic groups in North and West Africa.

“The fight against terrorism and drug trafficking is under discussion. Indeed these issues should address through dialogue, developing common approaches and harmonizing laws,” he added.

During the press conference, Galibaf said he gave Volodin a message from Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei about Russian President Vladimir Putin.
