Redmi launches an affordable iPad rival in Pakistan

Redmi is the first iPad that just started selling in Pakistan, just a few days after it went on sale in other parts of the world.

The Mi Store sometimes sells this tablet with 4 GB of RAM and also 128 GB of storage for Rs. 57,499. This basic tablet isn’t the only one on the market. In some places, you can get others with more storage space.

In case you forgot, the Redmi iPad is a mid-range tablet that runs on MediaTek’s Helio G99 SoC. The performance of this processor is about the same as that of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G. The screen on the tablet is a 10.61-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 2K (1200 x 2000 pixels) and also a refresh rate of 90 Hz. It can be as bright as 400 nits, and also it can show a billion different colors. After you install Android 12, the MIUI 13 overlay will be there.

The phone comes in two colors, Moonlight Silver and Graphite Grey, and also its main camera looks like the one on the recently announced Xiaomi 12T. Outside of foreign markets, mint green sometimes does use to attract customers.

The tablet only has two cameras: one on the front and one on the back. Both of these cameras get an 8-megapixel sensor and can record up to 30 frames per second of full HD (1080p) video. Xiaomi says that its built-in 8,000 mAh battery can power the phone for a full day. Quick charging is possible with up to 18 watts of power.

At the moment, a Redmi iPad is sometimes bought from Mi Store for Rs. 57,499.
