Queen Elizabeth II leaves no stone unturned to ensure that her warring family resolves their differences.
Royal expert, writer, and historian, and author Robert Lacey claim Queen Elizabeth is still close to her grandson Prince Harry despite the fiasco he unleashed after the royal liberation from him and his wife Megan Markle.
The Battle of Brothers writers says hello! that Her Majesty has expanded the olive branch by inviting the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to their platinum anniversary next year and wants her to join him on the balcony as well.
“The fact that Harry and his grandmother were able to speak directly to each other last year saved the situation,” he said.
“The Queen has always shown compassion and personal understanding, and I’m sure she will love Harry on the balcony. Without it, he would not take the family lightly,” Lacey added.
“I think children are an important path to reconciliation,” he said.
