Box office of Indian-Telugu movie ‘Pushpa’ total in India rose to around Rs 293.80 crores after another strong weekend. The film is earning approximately Rs 12.50 crores. A gross of Rs. 300 crores is now within reach for the picture and it is expecting to surpass on Wednesday.
For a worldwide total of Rs 327.50 crores, the picture has earned an additional about Rs 33.70 crores.
The Hindi version of the film continued to do well with just a 50% dip in ticket sales. While the South Indian version of the film saw its ticket sales plummet by 80%. The Hindi version now accounts for more over 75% of the All India collection.
On Friday, the original version’s digital distribution has made available and that may have some bearing.
Pushpa: The Rise’s box office totals in India are as follows:
Week One: Rs. 174.80 crore
Two weeks in a row: 57.40 crore rupees
Rs. 49.10 crores were earned in Week Three
Rs. 3 crore on the fourth Friday of the month
Four crores on the fourth Saturday
the 4th of September – Rs. 5.50 crores
Rs. 293.80 crores in total
An estimated 2 crore people have seen the film in Indian theatres so far with the ultimate total projected to be around 2.20 crores.
