Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has also been a beneficiary of the PTI government’s health card program, and he would be able to receive free medical treatment up to a value of Rs1 million under the scheme.
According to the data, Nawaz Sharif, along with one of his family members, has been found qualified to receive a health card and could be entitled to receive free treatment worth up to Rs1 million through the card.
It has been revealed that, as the family’s grandfather, Nawaz may also enable the treatment of one of his family members on the card, and that, if a treatment costing more than Rs1 million is required then a medical board would approve the treatment request.

However, The Punjab health department and the CEO of the Punjab health initiative management company were completely ignorant that Nawaz Sharif would be able to take advantage of medical services under the program launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Dr. Yasmin Rashid, the Punjab Minister for Health, later stated that Nawaz Sharif’s health insurance card has been ready and that he is free to return to Pakistan and collect it from there. I beg him to return to Pakistan and obtain his card,” she stated emphatically.

In her statement, Yasmin Rashid stated that everybody who pays taxes should be able to take advantage of facilities offered by the state.
Fawad Chaudhry, the Minister for Information and Broadcasting, announced in early January that the Sehat Card facility is now fully operational in the Lahore Division.
Using Twitter, Chaudhry said that all Punjabi families will be eligible for medical treatment worth up to one million rupees per year starting in the next 45 days.
