The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority got more than 200,000 complaints from telecom customers in Pakistan the year before (PTA).
LahoreHerald has information that shows that between July 2021 and June 2022, telecommunications customers filed 218.621 complaints with the authority. Out of a total of 218,621 complaints, 83,641 are entirely resolved, 65,780 are mostly resolved, and 20,984 are just partially resolved.
Customers didn’t give PTA key information in 37810 cases, and 9007 cases became closed for other reasons.
