The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has made it possible for everyone in the affected districts to call for free. Those who have lost everything are getting help. During the recent rainy season, many cities in Pakistan became severely flooded. Thousands and thousands of houses became destroyed, and more than a thousand people and injuring.
The telecom regulator (PTA) for the Pakistani government recently told all mobile companies that call to flood-affected areas are always free. All of Pakistan’s affected areas are now living in the new conditions. Although the change in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa just started this morning.
Jazz and other mobile operators are working with federal and provincial governments to help the affected areas. They plan to make an announcement soon. Disaster Relief Fund
PTA has also set up a new short code (SMS) for sending donations to the flood relief effort. You can donate to the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund 2022 by texting 9999. If you want to make a donation of Rs. 10 or more, type “fund” into the SMS field and send it to 9999. The Flood Relief Fund, Account G-12164, can also receive monetary donations.

According to a notice from PTA, all mobile network operators in Pakistan must tell the National Disaster Management Authority about any donations they’ve received. This month, the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund 2022 was set up to help the people who lost everything in the recent floods.
Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has also asked for help from the country’s ex-pats, philanthropists, and charitable organizations.
