At the digital launch event, Proton Pakistan has finally launched its long-awaited Proton Saga sedan after the Proton X70, the Saga is Proton’s second car in Pakistan.
Standard MT, Standard AT, and Ace AT are the three models of the Al-Haj Proton sedan (automatic transmission).
The unique aspect of introducing the saga in Pakistan is that Al-Haj Motors has also released a limited edition version of the sporty version of the car.

The R3 stands for “Race, Rally and Exploration” and was developed to give Proton vehicles a Pakistani feel. Only 100 CBU units of this version are offered by Al-Haj Proton.
Honda City, Toyota Yaris, and Changan Alsvin are Saga’s direct competitors. However, the price of this car is relatively cheap so that it becomes a competitor to several hatchback options such as the Kia Picanto, Suzuki Cultus AGS, and Kia Picanto, all of which are considered similar to the new sedan.
