When Prince William and Kate Middleton make their way to Boston for their forthcoming tour, all eyes will be on them.
The parents of three children will soon go to the United States in order to take part in the Earth Shot Awards. Roya Nikkah suggested in an article she wrote for the Sunday Times that the Prince and Princess of Wales had the power to undo the damage caused by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s appearance on Oprah Winfrey.
She referred to the interview as “90 minutes of prime-time royal devastation,” which was her assessment of its content as “causing damage to the standing of the monarchy as a whole.”
On the other hand, Kate and William’s journey to the United States is an opportunity to “elevate the monarchy above entertainment headlines” and to “put the House of Windsor firmly back on the front foot across the pond.”
While all this was going on, Nile Gardiner, a British critic, suggested to King Charles III that Meghan and Harry be stripped of their titles.
Using Twitter as his platform, he posted the following: “An insult to the British Monarchy. “The royal titles held by Meghan and Harry ought to be taken away from them in a prompt and definitive manner.”
