In Kensington Palace, Prince William and Harry were present for the unveiling of a new statue of their mother, Princess Diana.
Harry and his two children did not accompany him to the United Kingdom. It was Harry’s second visit since sitting for an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey with Meghan Markle.
The tell-all interview sent the British monarchy into its greatest crisis in decades, and the couple’s relationship with the royal family deteriorated even more.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex left their royal responsibilities in 2019 and lived in Canada for a short time before relocating to California in the United States.
The royal family’s relationship with Harry and Meghan has remained strained as a result of several claims made by the couple during their interviews.
