Prince Harry has been chastised for not meeting Queen Elizabeth on his return to the United States.
The Duke of Sussex was in London with Prince William to witness the inauguration of Princess Diana’s statue at Kensington Palace.
Queen Elizabeth was unable to attend since she was staying at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Later that day, the queen is said to have returned to Kensington, but Prince Harry had already gone for the airport.
The Duke left without seeing his grandmother, according to British media, although there are no confirmed reports that Harry met the Queen.
The claims have enraged royal admirers, who have chastised Prince Harry for not waiting for the Queen to meet him.
After his Oprah Winfrey interview, Harry’s relationship with his family is still strained.
