Prince Charles and Camilla Parker’s Royal tour of Canada during Queen’s Jubilee celebrations

Prince Charles and Camilla Parker are celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a quick tour to Canada. Charles and Camilla are travelling from Newfoundland to the Northwest Territories from May 17 to May 19. They will commemorate the Queen’s 70th year on the throne and to highlight the prince’s own efforts for eco-consciousness.

Prince Charles has came to the country 18 times in official capacity and has an undeniable fondness for the country. He always feel at home in Canada and he is really grateful for the wonderful welcome they get.

A crowd greeted Prince Charles and Camilla when they landed in St John’s for the start of their Canada tour. At the Confederation Building in Saint Johns, the royal couple attended a formal welcome ceremony. Several Canadian soldiers caught the prince’s attention.

Charles also gave a statement at the Confederation Building. He expressed his thanks and enthusiasm for the upcoming trip and views on his mother’s jubilee.

Platinum Jubilee’s uniting theme is “people and service—service to family, to community, and to nation,” he stated. As far as my family and I am concerned, this is what makes Canada so unique and what we have long respected about our nation.
