Prince Charles and Prince William said Prince Andrew had run out of road in legal fight

Prince Charles and Prince William have infuriated when Prince Andrew wanted to drop a sexual lawsuit made against him. According to royal sources, Duke of York had run out of road. Pressure on Andrew intensified this week as a New York court rejected the Duke’s latest attempt to postpone a full civil trial. Reports has learned that Andrew’s legal teams in the UK and the US were huddled together today. They are waiting for Ms. Guiffre’s representatives to answer by 6 p.m. today to a deadline about her living situation.

Ms. Giuffre, 38, has resided in Australia since 2002 and alleges Andrew had sex with her three times when she was 17 years old. To avoid a trial, legal experts estimate that Andrew may require to pay Ms. Giuffre as much as £10 million. Whereas, Ms. Giuffre’s counsel has argued that she has not interested in financial retribution.

The instability and uncertainty has caused Andrew always disputed the charges. Moreover, his rising debts include at least £2 million in legal bills and a £6 million payment to a French aristocrat.

Moreover, any settlement with Ms. Guiffre would harm the Crown’s reputation. The Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William will not support her andrew in making the payment.
