In addition to welcoming the father-son team to his residence, PML-N leader Shahbaz Sharif made certain that all COVID-19 SOPs were followed.
It is important to highlight here that Shahbaz contacted Bilawal on Friday and asked him to a luncheon meeting at the request of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on the same day as the meeting.
On February 27, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has declared that it will lead a long march against the PTI administration from Karachi to Islamabad.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has vowed to continue its long march against rising prices on March 23rd, despite opposition from the government (Pakistan Day).
Prior to this, Asif Ali Zardari had dismissed the notion of being a member of the anti-government PDM alliance, stating, “I don’t believe that it would happen.”
Zardari had also stated that the PDM had marched in the past, but that these marches had not resulted in the overthrow of the government.
