At a Senate Panel briefing on Friday, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan will propose for Afghanistan a power-sharing or stabilization formula avoid civil-war conditions and prevent any other significant events linked to terror and area instability.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi, who was briefed by the Senate members of the Standing Foreign Committee, stated that the main incoming resources of Afghan refugees were already managed by Pakistan and that they were not able to address additional instability.

Moeed Jusuf indicated during the discussion he wanted to halt the bloodshed in Afghanistan in order to avoid any backlash against Pakistani land, he claimed.
