Possible windows in which the PCB can proceed with other PSL 6 Matches

With the (PSL) 20 match postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus in the biosecurity bubble, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is looking for a window to collect the remaining 20 matches.

Sources say PSL season 6 remaining 20 matches continue May 2021 is the most likely time for the remaining matches, but since the Indian Premier League (IPL) ends in June this will be a challenge for PCB.

“PCB can select a window in the second week of May after a match against Zimbabwe,” said a source, adding that two more window options were possible in September before New Zealand’s tour of Pakistan or in December.

If the PCB chooses May as the window, which according to sources is very likely, the team may have to lose some players from the IPL.

In such a scenario, the franchises can select a substitute player with the permission of PCB.
