A guy suspected of murdering his father in a property dispute was detained by police in Karachi.
The police stated the suspect claimed that his father was first killed by robbers and that he had even a FIR with a false name.
The deceased was discovered dead on 3 July in Surjani Town, identified as Zarram Khan.
After his skull was struck by a rock, the suspect confessed to kill his father. He hasn’t yet been detained by police, to his complicity, one of his pals.
An action against the suspect has been brought in accordance with sections 302 (murder penalty) and 34 (acts performed by many individuals for the sake of common intention).
On Friday (today), police should bring him to court and demand his physical detention.
