Today (Wednesday), Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Faisalabad to launch the Quami Sehat Card for inhabitants of the Faisalabad division.
Farrukh Habib, the State Minister for Information and Broadcasting, made the announcement. Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and members of the federal cabinet will accompany the prime minister.
Health Card for Residence of Karachi:
The federal government aims to equip Karachiites with the National Health Card, according to health department experts, who estimate that providing the service to permanent residents of the city will cost only Rs16 billion per year.
Officials from the national health ministry said the facility would help permanent residents of Karachi and that the program could be launched even if the Sindh government declined to participate.

According to analysts, the cost of distributing health cards to the entire population of Sindh province might reach Rs50 billion each year, despite the fact that the Sindh government now has a budget allocation for the health sector of Rs170 billion.
Sehat Card Facility for Nawaz Sharif:
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has also benefited from the PTI government’s health card program, under which he would be eligible for free medical treatment up to the value of Rs1 million.
According to the information, Nawaz Sharif and a member of his family have been found to be eligible for a health card, which might entitle them to free treatment worth up to Rs1 million.
It has been reported that, as the family’s grandpa, Nawaz may allow one of his relatives to be treated on the card, and that if a treatment costs more than Rs1 million, a medical board will accept the treatment request.
