PM Imran Khan to announce Rs10 per litre cut in petrol price

According to Defense Minister Pervaiz Khattak, Prime Minister Imran Khan would announce an Rs10 per litre reduction in the price of petrol in his address to the nation today. But Prime Minister Imran Khan has not confirmed the claim about petrol price.

When speaking to a crowd of people in Nowshera, Khattak stated that the prime minister will also announce a Rs5 per unit drop in the electricity cost.


Apart from that, he stated that Prime Minister Imran Khan will offer a monthly stipend of Rs10,000 to Rs20,000 for unemployed graduates.

Fawad Chaudhry, the Minister of Information and Broadcasting, said earlier today that Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the nation on Monday evening.

According to the minister, who took to Twitter to express his trust in Prime Minister Khan, the population would be informed about the growing global situation in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and its influence on the country’s economy. He will also speak about the worldwide issues that the country is experiencing.
