In a recent announcement, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA)stated that it will restart flight operations to Kabul beginning on September 13.
In accordance with the specifics, it will resume flight operations to the capital city on Monday, with the first flight scheduled to depart at 7:30 a.m. local time.
Afghanistan’s civil aviation authority has granted permission to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to land at Kabul International Airport (KABUL). A representative for Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) stated that the airline has finalised preparations for the Kabul flight operations, for which it will use Airbus 320 planes.
Aside from that, the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced special flight operations from Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad to Najaf, Baghdad, and Syria in honour of Arbaeen.
It will operate eight flights from Karachi to Najaf, three flights to Damascus, and one flight to Baghdad in the coming weeks. There will also be three flights from Lahore to Najaf, and one trip each to Baghdad and Damascus, in addition to the current schedule.
