The Oil Dealers Association (ODA) has once again called for a strike if the demands are not satisfied and have announced that petrol stations across the country would be closed on Thursday as a precaution.
According to News, the Oil Dealers Association had announced a strike just a few days prior, but they decided to postpone it after receiving assurances from the government. Today, however, they have declared that they would once again suspend the supply of gasoline.
In response, a spokesman for the group stated that if the requests were not met, the association will declare a strike because the government was delivering false comfort at a 6 percent margin.
