Today (Sunday) on the Grassy Ground, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is flexing its policy muscles.
The Presidents of Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam Maulana Fazlur Rehman will also be speaking today at the PML-N rally, President Shahbaz Sharif and Maulana Fazlur Rehman, President of JUI-F.
Sharif arrived in Swat before the jalsa, according to the reports.
The KP Police and an estimated 2,000 JUI-F volunteers who are attending the jalsa will be in charge of the security preparations.
PML-N Speaker Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the jalsa is being participated by the PML-N team, headed by the former Punjab chief minister.
She claimed that all power show arrangements were finalized.
“Shahbaz Sharif, who is leading a group of PML-N workers from Balakot, is expected to arrive in Swat,” she said. The head of the PML-N, Aurangzeb had stated, was going to lead the rally at 2 pm.
