Payment for Ehsaas Kafaalat increased to Rs. 13,000

The amount of Ehsaas Kafaalat biannual stipend has been increased from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 13,000, with the increase going into effect immediately. The increase, which was authorized by the federal cabinet in June of last year, would be passed on to all Ehsaas Kafaalat recipients, who will benefit from it.

Following the recent rise in the Kafaalat stipend amount, all qualified Kafaalat beneficiaries will now receive Rs. 13,000 in stipend payments every six months. According to Dr. Sania, who delivered a videotaped lecture to retail agents from Habib Bank and Bank Alfalah, “no representative of participating institutions would be allowed to fraudulently withdraw any money from payments to deserving households.”

Additionally, she requested that beneficiaries collect the entire Rs. 13,000 payments from the agents, as well as the computerized payment receipt, at the time of Kafaalat cash payout.
