Pakistan’s Top Models Become Victims of Character Assassination

An ex-military officer who was on the run named Major Adil Raja launched a campaign of character assassination against Pakistan’s most successful models and actresses.

Adil Raja, who is infamous for lying and disseminating fake news through his vlogs, recently made a dramatic about-face when he began criticizing Lt. General Faiz Hameed, the former head of the ISI, whom he had been admiring since the general’s retirement.

In his most recent video blog, Raja made the outrageous claim that Pakistan’s top intelligence agencies have “used” Pakistan’s top models and actresses as “bait” in order to record scandalous videos of politicians and other people. Raja’s claim is that these agencies have “used” the models and actresses to record the videos.

The retired major said that the initials of the women are MH, MK, and SA; however, he refused to provide the names of the actresses and the models.

Shortly after Adil Raja’s vlog was made publically available on the internet, his fans, who make up the vast majority of PTI social media activists, began posting photographs of Mehwish Hayat, Mahira Khan, Sajal Ali, and Kubra Khan on their respective social media accounts.

It has been suggested to Mehwish Hayat, Mahira and other actors that they should file a lawsuit against Major (ret.) Adil Raja for creating allegations that resulted to the actors’ characters being assassinated.
