Pakistan successfully launches a ‘Ghaznavi’ ballistic missile

The training start of the ‘Ghaznavi’ – an inter-service public relations (ISPR) ballistic missile – was successfully launched in Pakistan on Thursday.

According to the military media wing, the Army Strategic Forces Command’s launch was conceived to “ensure preparedness for operations,” and to revalidate the weapons system’s technological parameters.

Lt. General Muhammad Ali, Commander Army Command of the Strategy Forces, senior officials of the Division of Strategic Plans, Command of the Armed Forces, and researchers and engineers of the strategic organisations, attended the course. The course was launched.

The Commander Army Strategic Forces Command complimented the high level of training, arms system management and troops carrying out the field launch operation, ISPR stated.
