Pakistan has seen less than 50 COVID-19 deaths for the tenth day in a row

Pakistan reported 38 COVID-19 deaths in the past 24 hours, which was the tenth day in a row reporting fewer than 50 deaths from the coronavirus as of Thursday morning, According to NCOC.

Meanwhile the coronavirus positivity rate rose to 2.40% from 2.05% the previous day.

After 46,125 coronavirus testing in the previous 24 hours, 1,098 new coronavirus illnesses were discovered across the country.

So far, COVID-19 deaths in the country have reached 22,108, the number of patients has reached 951,865, and 896,821 people have recovered from the Coronavirus.

The highest number of deaths occurred in Punjab in the last 24 hours, followed by Sindh. Of the 38 people who died, 17 people died because of fans.

According to the provincial distribution, the total number of active COVID-19 cases is 12,783 in Sindh, 17,762 in Punjab, 9,911 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 3,907 in the capital Islamabad, 768 in Balochistan, 368 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 630 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
