Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Qamar Javed Bajwa said Thursday that the connection between Pakistan and China was unique and robust, demonstrating its endurance of difficulties.
It highlighted several elements of the close-knit relationships between the two governments, military forces and peoples.
The COAS spoke on the 94th anniversary of the establishment of the GHQ’s Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PPLA). He said, “Pakistan-China collaboration became increasingly vital to regional peace and stability in the changing security environment. In our past and now, the two countries have never confronted difficulties.”
“PLA and the Armed Forces of Pakistan are brothers in weapons and our relations will continue to help protect our mutual interests,” stated COAS.
