The pop sensation and actress Olivia Rodrigo will visit the White House on Wednesday, in order to encourage young people to obtain the Covid-19 vaccine.
According to an official at the White House, Olivia Rodrigo will film videos that encourage immunization on her social media accounts.
Health officials warn that in Covid 19, the recent rises are among a younger demographic than earlier spikes in other areas of the country and relate them to lower vaccination rates compared to older age segments.
It’s hardly the first attempt by Biden to attract younger people. Last month, the administration launched a “Covid-19 Student Corps” to encourage the immunization of its peers by young ambassadors. Officials have also claimed they work with influencers and celebrity people.
Earlier this year, in one week with “Drivers License,” Rodrigo smashed the record for the majority of song streams.
