The family of her late contractor has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Olivia Munn. TMZ acquired the report and claims the contractor’s family is owed damages.
Munn and her mother Kim Schmid are both named in the action. Celso Merida, the roofer, perished on his fourth day on the job. He eventually died from his injuries in the hospital.
According to the documents discovered, he was recruited by Ms. Schmid’s unlicensed contractor named Fernando.
The action claims Ms Schmid and Munn were irresponsible in pawning tasks off, increasing the danger of damage.
