The FBI has established a Central Income Tax Returns Office (CITRO) to provide taxpayers with immediate exemptions from income tax returns at their banks to facilitate quick accounts and transparently.
Member IR (Operations) launched CITRO today by processing the first batch of income tax refund claims for payment via a special VPN tunnel created between the Federal Board of Revenue and the SBP.
This is truly another milestone the organization has achieved through the continued efforts of FBR’s IT IR and IT Operations.
This system will eliminate human interaction between tax authorities and taxpayers and quickly lighten the business world.
