Nine Pakistani citizens killed in a car crash in Saudi Arabia

A group of Pakistani citizens, including women and children, were returning to Riyadh after performing Umrah when the fatal car crash occurred in Saudi Arabia.

According to reports from Aaj News, nine individuals lost their lives while five others sustained injuries.

The deceased were identified as Zulfikar Ali, Shahbaz Ali, Umm Amara, Amaria Bibi, Haram Fatima, Muhammad Dawood, Abuzar, Tahrim Fatima, and Harim Fatima. They were all residents of nearby villages in the Nankana Sahib district and were in Saudi Arabia for a short visit.

The cause of the accident is unknown and is currently under investigation. The SUV carrying the Pakistani citizens lost control and plunged into a nearby ditch, completely destroying the vehicle. The injured individuals include Muhammad Tayyab, Abdul Hadi, Muhammad Shahbaz, and Abdul Wahab.

The Pakistani Embassy in Saudi Arabia has expressed its condolences to the families of the deceased and is providing assistance to those who were injured in the accident.
