Nicki Minaj addressed fans over her ‘Black History Month’ event with TikTok

Singer Nicki Minaj has recently appeared in TikTok event to commemorate ‘Black History Month’. She got much criticism on attending this event but finally now she has addressed her fans.

TikTok and Nicki invited influencers to a Zoom chat with the Grammy-winning musician on Wednesday. TikTok had a “Black History Month” celebration, and this video was part of it. However, many black TikTok stars expressed their dissatisfaction with the event’s predominance by non-Black producer.

Nicki seemed to speak out about the issue, “TikTok and I had a fantastic conversation and Zoom session together. I like to thank everyone who came out and supported the event. I hear what you’re saying, folks. I’ll see if I can work anything out for you people.”

Isn’t it possible that if TikTok is doing a ‘Black History Month’ event with Nicki Minaj and inviting all of these Black creators? I wonder whether I’ll be able to avoid this one?,” Niccoya added.

In a TikTok video, creator Dessy Joseph said that the firm asked individuals to RSVP and then jump on the Zoom link at 3PM. PT to attend the hour-long event, which has marketed to a small group of artists. As a result, Dessy claims that other Black innovators were unable to attend the event due of its capacity of only 300 attendees.
