A judge granted Rhea Chakraborty access to her bank accounts last week. A special court under the NDPS Act ordered Rhea Chakraborty‘s bank accounts unfrozen.
After the death of his boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajpoot, the actor was caught and arrested in a drug case.
According to Rhea, she is an actor/model by profession and the NCB has frozen her bank accounts and FDs without justification on 16/09/2020, causing her significant unfairness and discrimination.
“From the reply of the investigating officer, it appears that there is no strong objection from the NCB side for defreezing Chakraborty’s bank accounts and FDs,” stated special judge DB Mane.
During the pendency and conclusion of the case, she shall make the balance amount, as shown in the concerned account as of 16/09/2020, available for passing necessary orders, as and when required.
